While serving a welfare check, police found Randolph Stoddard Jr., 67, shot inside an apartment located in the 5300 block of Quincy Place around 12:35 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20, Prince George's County Police said.
The department is now offering of up $25,000 to anyone with information regarding the case. People can contact police at 301-516-2512 to provide information.
